Administrative Team

The Administration Team provides oversight and leadership for the ministries, finances, property, personnel, and general administrative affairs of the North Grand River Baptist Association. The team serves to help ensure that the Association's resources and operations are managed responsibly and in a manner consistent with its mission.

Local Church Team

The Local Church Team exists to strengthen the health and effectiveness of NGRBA churches by providing training, encouragement, resources, and practical assistance to pastors, leaders, families, and congregations.

This encompasses any needs necessary for NGRBA churches to be healthy and impacting their communities with the Gospel, including areas such as:

  • Discipleship
  • Evangelism
  • Worship
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Stweardship
  • Prayer
  • Church Multiplication

Missions Team

The Missions Team exists to equip our NGRBA churches to support and participate in mission activity and to work together to fulfill the Great Commission.

This includes:

  • Partnering with WMU for mission education
  • Presenting Mission opportunities locally, in Missouri, North America and Internationally in which to participate
  • Providing VBS training
  • Providing Biblical camps for Children and Youth
  • Examining areas for new churches
